All first and second year nursing students must have a current CPR certification prior to entering any clinical portion of a nursing course. Failure to maintain current certification may result in loss of scheduled clinical experience and in dismissal from the program.

Our Center for Community and Workforce Development occasionally offers a CPR course on campus. Please check with them at 562-4139. CCWD
Please note: Your CPR card must be issued by The American Heart Association or the American Red Cross . Cards from other agencies will not be accepted. Online only courses will not be accepted. Your course must contain a hands-on skills portion.
