Adjunct Checklist: Complete Before Classes Begin

You will find your Department Chairs, as well as the full-time faculty within your department, able and willing to assist you with any questions you may have. You are invited to consult with them, particularly in matters of curriculum and classroom management.

Employee Network Account Request Form

Obtain a CCC E-mail Account

New employees must use this form to request a network/email account. After the request is received, the account will be created within 2 business days. Your username and email address will be displayed to you after you submit the form, but won’t be active until the account is actually approved and created.

You must submit your Network/Email Access form to be able to receive an Active Directory ID and password. This ID gives you access to:

· Use the adjunct office computers,

· A college Outlook e-mail account,

· CAMS – where you can print class lists, enter grades/attendance, and download attendance rosters.

Mail Correspondence

The college mail room is located on the first floor of the George Moore Administrative and Academic Building and should be checked at least weekly throughout the semester. College staff or students may leave correspondence for you there.

Submit Course Syllabus/Schedule

All course outlines must be electronically turned in within three weeks before the start of each semester. Send files to Barbara A. Golden.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts must be submitted for all degrees earned (undergraduate and graduate) to Clinton Community College
