Broad Street Commons

To complete a Fall 2019 Broad Street Commons Application, follow these steps:
1.) Applicants can go to livebroadstreet.com
2.) Click "apply now"
3.) Select desired apartment type and move in date for Fall 2019
4.) Continue with entering information for resident screening
5.) Applicant is requested to pay $50 application fee (non-refundable) and $200 security deposit (refundable)
6.) If approved, applicant is prompted to review and sign lease agreement
7.) Applicant is asked to provide information for guarantor (a guarantor is similar to a co-signer on the lease)
8.) Guarantor applicant enters information for screening (must make minimum $25K/year and pass soft credit screening)
9.) If approved, guarantor is prompted to review and sign guaranty of lease
10.) If applicant does not have a guarantor, they can provide a one-month deposit (for leases for 7 months or less in term) or two-month deposit (for leases that are more than 7 months in term)

Lessing's Food Service is no longer available. FSA will be seeking a new food service vendor to provide service. Coffee, beverages, and snacks are available in the Follett Bookstore and they will accept Cougar Cash, cash, and credit for payment. Please contact the FSA or the Dean of Students, John Borner, with any questions or for assistance. The FSA appreciates your patience as we transition to a new food service program.
