Webmail Help for Faculty/Staff


  1. USERNAME:  It is recommended you enter your complete email address in the username area. Your email address is (where example is, use your first name, then type a period (.) and then your last name). If you use want to use your username, you will need to enter clinton\ before the username.
  2. PASSWORD:  Enter your password.
Password Reset:  Passwords are required to be changed every 90 days.   If you find that one day you can access Webmail and the next day you can't, use the Password Reset link to reset your password.  You can find the link located at the bottom of any Clinton Community College web page or on the left navigation pane on the IT webpage. Be sure to refer to the password guidelines listed conveniently on the Password Reset page.
